About Our Wind Chimes
UpsideLiving.com wind chimes are made from the finest quality metals—copper and brass—as well as wood. Then, to insure the utmost quality, skilled artists and production crews oversee the entire wind chime construction process. Once the wind chimes are constructed, they’re completed with a classic and sophisticated blue verde finish. As an added bonus, most our wind chimes are made in America! Much of the production is done in the U.S.A’s New England region.

Q. What are your wind chimes made of?
A. Our wind chimes are constructed from a combination of materials – copper, brass, and wood. More specifically, the rods are made from solid brass, the chime tubes from copper, and the clappers from wood.
Q. How large are your wind chimes?
A. Our wind chimes can vary in size, mostly depending on the size of the figurine adorning the top of the wind chime. However, the average wind chime is approximately 13 inches long and about 13 inches wide.
Q. I’ve heard some wind chimes that weren’t so pleasant to listen to? Is there a way to prevent that?
A. Yes. The only way for a wind chime to sound as it should and to be in tune with nature, literally, is to have your wind chime professionally tuned. When you purchase a wind chime from UpsideLiving.com, however, an out-of-tune wind chime should not be of concern to you; all of our wind chimes are professionally tuned following the production process.
Q. Can I send a wind chime as a gift? Is gift wrapping available?
A. Of course! Share the tranquility. Sending a wind chime as a gift is simple. Just provide the address where you want your wind chime to be delivered and you’re done! We will deliver your wind chime directly to the gift recipient at no additional cost to you! Gift wrapping, however, is not currently available for our wind chime collection at this time.
Q. How long will it take to receive my wind chime?
A. Delivery of all UpsideLiving.com products is fast! Most products arrive within seven (5-7) business days. If there’s any change in that delivery time, we’ll be sure to notify you.
Q. I love your site! Do you offer gift certificates?
