Q. If I want to use my fire pit at more than one location, will I be able to do that?

Q. What’s the delivery time frame for my order?
A. The customary delivery time for in-stock fire pits is within seven (7) business days. If the fire pit you request is not immediately available, we will notify you of its expected availability date and the delivery details.
Q. Can I send a fire pit as a gift?
A. It is possible to send a fire pit to someone as a gift, and we’re sure they’ll thank you repeatedly for doing so. However, gift wrapping services are not available. Therefore, the fire pit would arrive in its standard packaging. On the upside, if you do send a fire pit as a gift, we will deliver it directly to the gift recipient at no additional cost to you!
Q. I’d like to add a gift card to my fire pit order but am having trouble doing so. What am I doing wrong?
A. You’re not doing anything wrong. It’s just that, at this time, we do not offer gift cards as an add-on that can be sent with a fire pit.
