Q. What's the best way to keep my Sheepskin products in pristine condition?
A. As with any luxury product, you must give special attention to your
sheepskin products. The best way to do that is to make sure that you're using
proper washing, drying, and grooming techniques:
Washing:
Select products are machine washable, and the label on those items will note
that if that's the case. If you have a natural-colored sheepskin product that
is not machine washable, you can either hand wash or dry clean it. (Our Eucalan
wool wash is an excellent product to use for this.) For those of you who choose
to clean your own natural-colored sheepskin products, only use lukewarm water
(38C / 100F) and a mild liquid detergent. (No Bleach!) Dry-cleaning is
required for all color-dyed sheepskin products unless otherwise noted on the
product's care instructions label.
Drying:
If you are cleansing your own natural-colored sheepskin product, do NOT use a
dryer or any other form of artificial heat; instead, allow it to air dry away
from direct sunlight. NOTE: Sheepskin rugs and blankets may need to be
stretched while damp to assist it in returning it to its original shape.
Grooming:
Since a sheep's mane is naturally curly, brushing or combing sheepskin products
may be necessary in order to fluff and straighten the hairs. We recommend using
a comb or wire brush and grooming your sheepskin product twice: once while
still damp and a second time after the product has dried.

How long will it take to receive my luxury sheepskin rug?
A. All sheepskin products will arrive within 10 business days; in-stock items
typically arrive faster, often within five (5) business days.
Q. Why doesn't my sheepskin rug look fluffy like they do in the picture?
A. Give them time. Our sheepskin rugs, throws, pet beds and other items are
firmly packed during the shipping process. As such, the hairs get flattened but
they will rise again! The first thing you should do to give your sheepskin
rug its fluff back is to shake them vigorously. That will help to loosen
up the naturally curly hairs. After that, lay the item flat and the fur will
begin to fluff up in about a week.
