Hose pots are available in multiple sizes to fit the length and girth of your garden hose(s). Plus, each hose pot is designed to compliment the most lavish to the most simple of outdoor settings; some are molded with simple, classic lines and open tops while others have sleek curves and can be crowned with matching lids. All of our hose pots are constructed from one of two durable, weather-resistant materials: Steel or copper.

Q. Can I send a hose pot or planter as a gift?
A. Both hose pots and planters can be sent as gifts if you provide us with the delivery address. There is no additional cost, beyond standard shipping fees, for this service.

Q. Is gift wrapping available?
A. Gift wrapping is available for select UpsideLiving.com products. However, gift wrapping services are not available for our hose pot and planter products at this time.

Q. How long will it take to receive my products?
A. As long as your hose pot or planter is in stock, it will be delivered in seven (5-7) business days or less. We will notify you if the product you have ordered is not in stock or if there will be a delay in shipping / delivery.

 

A. In most cases, we offer a flat shipping rate of just $14.95. However, large and / or heavy products as well as those shipping from locations outside of the United States may require a higher shipping rate. You’ll be able to review your shipping costs prior to completing your purchase.

Q. I love your site! Do you offer gift certificates?

A. We offer gift certificates in denominations of $15, $25, $50, $75, $100, and $500 increments. Customizable gift certificates, on which you can set the gift certificate amount, are also available. As an added bonus, you can include a custom message along with your gift certificate.

A. Quality and satisfaction are the hallmarks of all that we do and offer here at UpsideLiving.com. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do provide a 30-day, money back guarantee on our fire pits. If you opt to return your fire pit, we will refund the cost of the fire pit. Additionally, you will receive a $10.00 gift certificate towards your next purchase of $100 or more! The monies paid for shipping, however, are non-refundable.
